Cancellation & Refund Policy

All purchases made with Urban Strap are final. However, in the rare event that a product is defective or malfunctions, we offer a full refund or exchange after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with all tags intact, and in the original packaging.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. In such cases, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Urban Strap is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can assist you promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. If you have concerns regarding such items, please reach out to us directly.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, the original item must be returned and approved first. Once completed, a new order can be placed for the replacement item.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the transaction.
