Domestic Shipping (India)
All domestic orders are shipped via Delhivery.
We offer free shipping across India on orders of ₹1,299 and above.
Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD), returns, and exchanges are not available for domestic orders.
Estimated Delivery Time: 4–6 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and are shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time: 15–20 business days after dispatch (may vary by destination).
Shipping Charges
Shipping fees, where applicable, are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
Import Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be borne by the customer. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs clearance.
Order Processing Time
- Regular handcrafted products: Please allow 10–15 days for production.
- Personalised / custom orders: Production may take up to 20 days.
Each piece is made to order with careful attention to detail.
Dispatch & Tracking
Orders are shipped within 1 business day of completion. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders are processed in the order they are received to ensure fair and timely fulfillment.
Re-Shipping Charges
Our courier partners attempt delivery 2–3 times. If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, a re-shipping fee will apply to resend the package.
Undeliverable Locations
If your address is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery solution.
